Creative Visualization
Creative visualization is a technique which uses mental imagery and positive thinking to achieve goals. It employs simple, effective steps that produce elegant, satisfying results. Yet it is a powerful technique that can assist you to create your experience with conscious intention. When you visualize your goal and repeatedly focus upon the thoughts, images and feelings of what you want, you develop within your brain a blueprint for the future. It is this developing blueprint which allows you to perceive in your reality the information, guidance, ideas, insights, and inspirations which lead to the things and experiences you desire.
We affect our surroundings and in turn, our surroundings affect us. one can modify thier reality through intention (thought) as well as through direct experience. Nothing in the world has ever been created without a thought initiating the process.
The world we experience is created in consciousness. That day-to-day reality is not determined by forces that exist outside of us but by processes that take place within our individual and collective consciousnesses.
Our thoughts define what is (and what is to be), while our feelings, our emotions, are the energetic source, the engine, the primer, which manifests our chosen reality. The greater the depth of our emotions in desiring any given reality, the greater the likelihood of that reality predominating over other possibilities.
We can create what we want using our inner energy using visualization thought as oposed to physical effort, producing results that exceed anything we could create using physical effort. Once you understand how this energy works you can focus your thoughts and actions so that bring you the greatest results without effort.
Our physical environment is the result of our inner thoughts which drive our actions and reality. This reality you've created including your home, life's work, friendships as well as your physical state. If you are dissatisfied with all of them, then you've got visualise a replacement reality. There is no limit to what you can create. We are here in an abundant, limitless, world were anything is possible.
There is no difference between the reality of one experience over another. If I experienced it, then it must be real.
As Claude M. Bristol puts it in his famous book The Magic of Believing, "The person with a clear goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort.
Visualization is an extraordinarily powerful instrument. Creative Visualization has been successfully used in the fields of health, education, business, sports, and the arts for many years. By focusing our psychological and psychic powers and drawing on the untapped potential of the unconscious, we are dealing with forces that in some ways seem almost magical, the wizard within. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day -- every minute in fact. It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.
The alpha level has been found to be a very healthful state of consciousness because of its relaxing effect on your mind and body. It has been found to be far more effective than the more active beta level in creating real changes in the so-called objective world, through the use of visualization. What this means for our practical purposes is that if you learn to relax deeply and do creative visualization, you may be able to make far more effective changes in your life than you would by thinking, worrying, planning, and trying to manipulate things and people.
A human being is part of the whole called by us universe , a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty... We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive.
--Albert Einstein
Reality has many definitions, but all of them have at least one point in common : there is a relation between what is inside you and what is outside you.
You only see what your eyes want to see
Reality varies according to the observer. Several animals on Earth, for instance, have access to different spectrums of visibility or audibility that humans do not. Cats and dogs see black and white, and hear some sounds that humans are not able to hear. A moth can perceive frequencies of colors that humans can't. Some aquatic animals have a natural device similar to a sonar.
What is inside you is also outside you, and vice-versa. You're not a neutral observer. You also participate in the creation of what you see, hear, taste, smell or touch. You are Everything, and Everything is You.
You can also define reality as anything that you believe it is. Reality is the reflex of things that we believe are real. So you can actually participate in the process of counsciously creating reality of your life. For something to become real, it is necessary first that you believing in its existence as reality varies according to the observer.
In order to create reality, you must learn to believe. So your beliefs constitute the reality around you, your beliefs creating your experiences. Your perception does not rule you, nore do the beliefs of others create your experiences. Yet everything in the world around us was first somebody's dream. Any image that we hold in our minds eye, and become emotionally involved with, is what we attract to ourselves.
